Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care across various settings, including hospital, outpatient, and home care environments. This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, utilizing advanced medical tools and electronic health records to deliver comprehensive healthcare services.

The Physician

Assistant will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and support clinical research initiatives.

Duties

- Conduct patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations
- Assist in diagnosing and developing treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatrics and acute care cases
- Administer medications, perform phlebotomy, and manage pain control procedures
- Document patient encounters accurately using electronic medical records systems such as Oscar Pro
- Collect and analyze data for research purposes or quality improvement projects
- Provide patient education on health management, medication use, and preventive care strategies
- Support home care services by coordinating patient follow-up visits and monitoring recovery progress




- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care across hospital, outpatient, and home settings
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice

Skills

- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems such as Avaros, Oscar Pro, etc.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Experience in hospital settings, including acute care, pain management, pediatrics, and research environments
- Skilled in patient care techniques, medication administration, phlebotomy, and data collection
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to adapt to quick-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in medical office settings or home care is advantageous
- Familiarity with electronic health records management and healthcare software applications
