Locations: Beaverton, ON (Community Health Centre Hub)
Position Type: Independent Contractor (Fee-Split 50%) or hourly rate of $60 dollars, Full-Time (30-35hr week)
Required Experience: Minimum 1 Years of Clinical Practice in Ontario
About Our Clinic
At Beaverton Physiotherapy, our mission is simple: Rebuild Strength. Restore Confidence. Move Well for Life. We don't believe in passive, routine table treatments or leaving patients to do exercises alone.
We are a rapidly growing, movement-focused practice that bridges the gap between traditional physiotherapy and specialized rehabilitation tools. Our spaces are specifically curated to inspire clients—ranging from pre/post-natal mothers and weekend warrior athletes to active seniors looking to maintain their long-term independence. We look at the body through an integrated lens, heavily utilizing Clinical Pilates, and Pelvic Floor Health to fix the root cause of movement imbalances.
About Our Culture & Team
If you are tired of sterile, corporate clinic environments where therapists operate in isolated silos, you’ll love it here. We are a fun, tight-knit team that genuinely enjoys collaborating, laughing, and growing together. We celebrate each other’s wins, bounce complex clinical cases off one another over coffee, and maintain a supportive, low-ego workspace. We take our patient care incredibly seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously!

we offer a $1,000 signing bonus a signed 2-year independent contractor commitment, structured to reward long-term partnership.

To support your niche skill sets, we provide an annual course allowance (up to $1,500/year, scaled based on caseload milestones) dedicated to approved certifications in courses to further your growth and our team’s success.
· Gas allowance – Can be available partially covered after one year of service
- State-of-the-Art Movement Studios: Access to fully equipped Pilates rehabilitation setups (including Reformers, Cadillacs, and Towers) to take your patients (and yourself!) beyond basic clinic gym floor work.

- Deliver Individualized, Goal-Driven Care: Design custom rehab programs prioritizing core engagement, posture correction, and long-term joint health for chronic pain, post-op, MVA, and WSIB caseloads

- Integrate Specialized Modalities: Learn and implement Pilates equipment and movement patterns into standard orthopedic and pelvic health plans of care.
