Job Title: Physiotherapist to Partner-Ownership Opportunity

Locations: Beaverton, ON (Community Health Centre Hub)

Position Type: Independent Contractor (Fee-Split 50%) or hourly rate of $60 dollars, Full-Time (30-35hr week)

Required Experience: Minimum 1 Years of Clinical Practice in Ontario

About Our Clinic

At Beaverton Physiotherapy, our mission is simple: Rebuild Strength. Restore Confidence. Move Well for Life. We don't believe in passive, routine table treatments or leaving patients to do exercises alone.

We are a rapidly growing, movement-focused practice that bridges the gap between traditional physiotherapy and specialized rehabilitation tools. Our spaces are specifically curated to inspire clients—ranging from pre/post-natal mothers and weekend warrior athletes to active seniors looking to maintain their long-term independence. We look at the body through an integrated lens, heavily utilizing Clinical Pilates, and Pelvic Floor Health to fix the root cause of movement imbalances.

About Our Culture & Team

If you are tired of sterile, corporate clinic environments where therapists operate in isolated silos, you’ll love it here. We are a fun, tight-knit team that genuinely enjoys collaborating, laughing, and growing together. We celebrate each other’s wins, bounce complex clinical cases off one another over coffee, and maintain a supportive, low-ego workspace. We take our patient care incredibly seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously!

What We Provide (Our Investment in You)

· Two-Year Commitment Signing Bonus: We are looking for a dedicated clinician to grow alongside our communities. To welcome you to the team,

we offer a $1,000 signing bonus a signed 2-year independent contractor commitment, structured to reward long-term partnership.

· Performance-Based Continuing Education Stipend: We invest in your clinical mastery. To support your niche skill sets, we provide an annual course allowance (up to $1,500/year, scaled based on caseload milestones) dedicated to approved certifications in courses to further your growth and our team’s success.

· Gas allowance – Can be available partially covered after one year of service

- State-of-the-Art Movement Studios: Access to fully equipped Pilates rehabilitation setups (including Reformers, Cadillacs, and Towers) to take your patients (and yourself!) beyond basic clinic gym floor work.
- A Built-In Referral & Case Flow Network: Cross-collaboration and internal marketing across our dedicated Brock Township community practice.
- Comprehensive Administrative Freedom: Full onboarding and reception support via JaneApp, direct insurance billing integration, and complete scheduling flexibility.
- True Mentorship & Growth Mindset culture: Direct collaboration with our founder, Amira, and a team that prioritizes clinical reasoning over standard clinical routines.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

- Move Beyond the Plinth: Shift patients from the treatment table to functional,

intentional movement as early in the rehab process as possible.
- Deliver Individualized, Goal-Driven Care: Design custom rehab programs prioritizing core engagement, posture correction, and long-term joint health for chronic pain, post-op, MVA, and WSIB caseloads
- Teach and Educate: Actively coach clients on why their bodies move the way they do, helping them translate clinic movements into real-life independence (like sports, gardening, or playing with grandkids).
- Integrate Specialized Modalities: Learn and implement Pilates equipment and movement patterns into standard orthopedic and pelvic health plans of care.

Our Ideal Candidate (Who You Are)

- Credentialed: Registered in valuable standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, have a growth mindset, business minded.
- Passionate About Movement: You view exercise as a primary clinical tool and are genuinely excited to think creatively about mechanics and human longevity.
- Curious & Eager to Learn: You don't need to be a certified Pilates master yet, but you must have a burning desire to expand your skill set and integrate Pilates principles into your treatments.
- Excellent Educator: You possess the empathy and communication skills needed to break down complex anatomy into clear, actionable advice that changes how people experience healthcare.
- Ability to Commute with your own vehicle to Beaverton Clinic; it’s especially busy.
