Complete Mobility Chiropractic is looking for a motivated and personable Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic.

This is a unique opportunity to become the first physiotherapist at CMC and help establish and grow physiotherapy services within an already established clinic.

We currently have an existing patient base with patients actively asking about physiotherapy and looking to incorporate physiotherapy into their care. Rather than starting from scratch in a brand-new practice, you’ll have the opportunity to build your caseload within a clinic that already has patient demand, established systems, and opportunities for internal referrals.

We are looking for a physiotherapist who is excited about having some independence and taking ownership of the physiotherapy side of the clinic.

This position would be ideal for someone who wants the freedom and flexibility of working as an independent practitioner without the added responsibility and expense of opening their own clinic.

Who We Are Looking For: We’re looking for someone who is professional, positive and comfortable working independently and managing their patients from start to finish.





As a multidisciplinary clinic with independent practitioners and individual schedules, there may be times when you are the only practitioner in the office. You should be comfortable treating your patients, processing billing, managing bookings through Jane when needed, and handling the normal responsibilities associated with your own caseload.

At CMC we work together as a team to help manage incoming calls and day-to-day clinic needs, alongside the support from our part-time front desk staff. While independence is important, we are still very much a team. We have a friendly, relaxed and supportive clinic environment, genuinely enjoy working together and make time for staff dinners and occasional get-togethers outside of the clinic.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is

- A registered Physiotherapist in good standing and eligible to practise in Ontario
- Fully insured and able to practise independently
- Professional, reliable and patient-focused
- Comfortable working independently and managing their own patients
- A solid communicator who works well within a multidisciplinary environment
- Interested in building and growing a physiotherapy caseload
- Excited about being the first physiotherapist in the clinic and helping develop this area of the practice
- Interested in establishing a longer-term relationship with the clinic




- Comfortable treating a variety of musculoskeletal and rehabilitation concerns
- Committed to providing an appropriate number of weekly hours over days, evenings and some weekends in order to establish and grow their caseload

Experience is an asset, but we are also open to new graduates who are motivated, confident working independently and excited about the opportunity to build their practice within an established clinic. Why Join CMC?
