Responsibilities
Routine property maintenance and repair such as basic plumbing (changing/repairing taps, toilets and sinks).
Operate hand tools.
Cleaning common area keeping the site looking positive and sanitary.
Monitor boilers and check pressure daily to ensure they are functioning properly.
Replenish salt in water softener.
Yard work and snow removal: operate snow blower and operating lawn-mower and riding lawn-mower.
Hours
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to noon.
Pay
Pay rate depends on experience.
