Atira believes a job is more than a paycheque – it’s an opportunity to contribute to meaningful systemic and social change.About the JobReporting to the Building Manager, the Concierge is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safety and security of the building and its tenants, providing non‑judgmental positive interactions with tenants and guests of the Alex; maintaining relationships in a manner consistent with Atira Women’s Resource Society’s policy and procedure manual; maintaining an awareness of local agencies and groups in the community to provide helpful information to tenants and guests; holding the confidentiality of the organization, and the tenants and guests as sacrosanct and respecting this confidentiality absolutely.Please note: This program serves individuals who identify and live full time as women, including those who have experienced gender‑based violence and misogyny.To ensure a safe, accessible, trauma informed, and culturally responsive environment for residents, this position requires staff who identify and live full time as women. The presence of women staff is essential to meeting residents’ needs related to safety, dignity, privacy,
