Role OverviewWe are looking for experienced drivers with a background in automotive or Autonomous Vehicle (AV) projects to support vehicle testing operations in Canada.This role involves monitoring vehicle performance, following assigned routes, and documenting observations accurately.It requires precise execution of test procedures, adherence to strict safety standards, and active participation in data collection processes for advanced automotive systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate and monitor autonomous vehiclesTake control of the vehicle when requiredFollow routes, test plans, and shift schedulesObserve road conditions and vehicle behaviorRecord incidents and provide clear reportsUse smartphones, in-vehicle systems, and digital toolsMaintain a safety-first and professional approachRequirementsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordWillingness and ability to travel to the United States for training (visa provided)Good command of EnglishWilling to work rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends)Comfortable with long periods of driving and focusBasic digital skills (smartphones, Google Workspace,
