Position OverviewWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our team at HUB Customer Central (HCC) in Windsor, ON. The role offers in‑office, hybrid, or fully work from home flexibility.ResponsibilitiesManage full‑cycle recruitment for specialized and technical positions at individual contributor and management levels.Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including online job boards, direct sourcing, referrals, and hiring events.Build and maintain a continuously updated pipeline of diverse candidates.Assist in designing behavioral interview tools and coaching hiring teams.Leverage recruiting technology and recommend new tools to enhance efficiency.Partner with business leaders to prioritize diversity and inclusion in hiring.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information and support a matrix organization’s dynamics.Qualifications2+ years of talent acquisition experience in the financial or insurance sector across Canada.Experience in staffing agency,



corporate recruiting, or customer contact‑center environments.Proficient in HRIS/ATS such as Workday, LinkedIn, and Indeed.Strong sourcing skills using internet sourcing, trade journals, job fairs, and employee referral campaigns.University degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.High sense of urgency, strong customer support orientation, and ability to meet tight deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Bilingual French/English is an asset.Required Experience & TravelMinimum 2‑5 years of relevant experience.
