Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure participant safety during swimming programs
• Lead swim instruction for individuals and groups

• Follow YMCA policies and procedures rigorously
• Provide feedback and track swimmer progress
Requirements:
• Current Lifesaving Society National Lifeguard certification
• Background in swim instruction or aquatics
• Ability to manage emergency situations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must legally be eligible to work in Canada
