This position is ideal for someone who has previous experience within the label printing industry and enjoys building strong customer relationships while coordinating projects from order placement through final delivery.As the primary point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, production timelines are met, and customers receive exceptional service throughout the entire process.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for customers regarding label printing orders and inquiriesProcess and enter customer orders accurately into the company systemCoordinate closely with Production, Prepress, Scheduling, and Shipping teams to ensure orders are completed on timeMonitor order progress and proactively communicate updates, changes, delays, or potential issues to customersRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaintsReview artwork, specifications, and order requirements to ensure accuracyMaintain detailed customer records, notes, and order documentationAssist with quotations, order revisions,
