and reviewing/challenging the output produced.Manage engagement financials.Help grow and develop the team through hands‑on training and coaching.Have latitude in decision‑making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.Understand and apply Workday’s Implementation Methodology.Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.Support or lead business development activities such as solutioning, proposal creation, oral support and SOW creation.Drive innovation through new industry‑leading methods and assets.Travel may be required for this role; amount of travel variesfrom 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.RequirementsMinimum of 8 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.Minimum of 4 years of Workday implementations.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience.Bonus PointsWorkday Partner Certification.10 years of Workday‑related implementations.Demonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processes.Experience in Education or Government Workday implementations.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.Information on benefits is here.Role Location: British Columbia/Ontario.
