Our client, located in Quebec City, is looking for aheavy vehicle parts clerkto join its day team.Our client specializes in the sale and re-machining of steering parts such as steering boxes, power steering pumps and hoses, steering racks and cylinders and hydraulic parts.The Auto Parts Counter Attendant works in a quick-paced environment that involves constant interaction with customers, in person and on the telephone, as well as the use of a computer system for searching truck parts. This position also involves interaction with external salespeople using varied processes and systems, as well as responsibility for maintaining the auto center sales floor.Primary duties and responsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service and demonstrate a consistent commitment to meeting the customer’s needs; Direct and guide customers to the location of requested items; Respond quickly torequests for information and customer concerns, by phone or in person; Handle delicate situations with professionalism; Be informed ofin-store promotions,
