Casual / Part time Front Desk Receptionist

Hydra Med Spa & Wellness is growing! We’re looking for a warm, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

Hydra is a boutiquemedical aesthetics, wellness, and IV therapy clinic, and our front desk plays an important role in creating an exceptional client experience.

We’re Looking For:
Previous JaneApp experience — mandatory
Availability forThursday evenings and Friday afternoons; optional half-day Saturdays
Previous medical clinic, wellness, or med-spa experience preferred
Warm, qualified, and personable communication style
Robust organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Reliable, positive, and team-oriented

Responsibilities:




Welcoming and assisting clients
Managing phones, emails, and appointments
Scheduling through JaneApp
Processing payments and insurance billing through JaneApp
Supporting practitioners and daily clinic operations
Maintaining a beautiful, organized reception and boutique.

JaneApp experience is required. Applications without previous JaneApp experience will not be considered.
