We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pick and Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and safety. Your energetic approach will help ensure smooth warehouse operations, timely order fulfillment, and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using order picker equipment and warehouse management systems
- Pack items securely, ensuring protection during transit and compliance with shipping standards
- Load and unload shipments using heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, or cranes as needed
- Operate heavy machinery safely, including forklifts and crane systems, adhering to all safety protocols
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming stock and preparing outgoing shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following proper warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency and meet daily production goals
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse distribution or similar logistics environments
- Mechanical knowledge or construction experience is a plus for understanding heavy equipment operation
- Proficiency in order picking and shipping & receiving tasks
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks, clamp trucks, or cranes safely
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and load/unload activities throughout the shift
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory control software is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
