Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plasterer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying plaster, stucco, and other wall finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, transforming spaces with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to renovation projects, restoration efforts, and new construction, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet project specifications.

Duties

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion of plaster materials
- Mix sheetrock, mud, etc. according to project specifications using hand tools and power tools
- Apply plaster or drywall using trowels, hawks, or spray equipment with precision and consistency
- Read blueprints and schematics to accurately follow design plans and technical instructions
- Repair damaged surfaces through restoration techniques, including patching cracks and filling holes
- Perform caulking around windows, doors, and joints to ensure airtight seals and weatherproofing




- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards

Qualifications

- Proven experience with construction, Plastering, or related trades involving plastering techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, and levels
- Familiarity with power tools including mixers, drills, and spray equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Knowledge of renovation processes and restoration methods for historical or damaged structures
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
