Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing infrastructure functions efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all building codes and standards.

We do new and old renovations.

Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances in current construction and existing structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently
- Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless integration of systems
- Conduct inspections to identify leaks, blockages, or system failures; troubleshoot issues using basic math and technical knowledge
- Follow safety protocols rigorously during all phases of work to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment




- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for compliance and future reference

Requirements

- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance within commercial or residential settings
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with construction experience to handle complex systems effectively
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics interpretation
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting tasks
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various positions including standing, bending, or climbing for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with experience in commercial driving preferred for transportation between job sites
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, carpentry fundamentals, welding techniques, and construction practices is a plus
