Duties

- Assist lead plumbers with installing pool plumbing systems, including pipes, filters, pumps, and valves
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, assemble, and secure plumbing components according to schematics and blueprints
- Support the setup and maintenance of pool equipment such as HVAC units and filtration systems
- Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation and repairs
- Help with carpentry tasks related to pool construction projects, including framing and structural adjustments




- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris safely
- Support welding, assembly, and routine maintenance tasks on pool systems as needed

Requirements

- Basic mechanical knowledge with an interest in plumbing or construction work
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, and blueprint reading
- Experience or interest in carpentry, HVAC systems, or welding is a plus
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills on the job
- Good physical condition to stand, lift, bend, and work in various outdoor conditions
- Previous construction or plumbing experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
