Xanadu in Toronto is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical support across the organization, set up recent equipment, manage user access, and help ensure smooth IT operations.
You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, configure servers and endpoints, assist with onboarding, support AV for meetings, and maintain IT documentation while performing moves, adds and changes across devices. Weekend on-call work may be required.
