As the Manager for Child, Youth & Family Mental Health and Substance Use Services, reporting to the Director of Clinical Service Delivery, you will guide program development and improve service coordination across multiple sites. This role requires a visionary leader to enhance operational and financial management while ensuring that care aligns with Island Health's strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set direction for client care activities and operational planning
• Develop and implement care programs and policies




• Manage financial and human resources effectively
• Collaborate with CYFMHSU team for cohesive service delivery
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements:
• Master's degree in healthcare discipline required
• Minimum 7 years’ management experience in child and youth services
• Expertise in community and inpatient service delivery
• Valid BC Driver's License
• Solid leadership and communication skills
