At the heart of building mechanical projects, this role will require you to participate in the design of plans and models, carry out surveys and assist the engineering team in the realization of projects in the commercial, industrial, institutional and hospital sectors.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in building mechanical design (plumbing, heating and ventilation)Carry out field surveys and plan surveysProduce drawings and models using AutoCAD and REVIT softwareEnsure compliance with norms and standards for drawings and modelsMake site visits to carry out surveys or supervise workParticipate in calculations and equipment searches under the supervision of the project engineerAssist in the production of plans and specifications, and process and analyze data.QualificationsCollege diploma (DEC) in a field related to building mechanics or equivalentMinimum of five years’ relevant experienceGood command of AutoCAD and REVIT softwareProficiency in spoken and written FrenchASP Construction card (an asset)Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.BenefitsComprehensive Group Benefits available from day one for all permanent employees working at least 20 hours per week.Flexible Health and Dental Care advantages to meet your family’s needsEmployee and Family Assistance ProgramAccess to physical, financial, mental,
