The clinical pharmacist will travel to various retail locations in the lower mainland.ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical and medication management services at selected retail stores.Market and implement clinical programs into select retail stores.Support the development of clinical programs and pharmacy services.Network with other health care providers.Stay updated on industry knowledge in managed care, clinical pharmacy, creative drug therapies,
and enabling technologies.Manage the day‑to‑day clinical programs at select retail pharmacies.Create a strong work ethic and patient‑centered care culture in the workplace.Foster collaborative working relationships to support the professional practice and ongoing development of pharmacists and other team members.QualificationsPharmacist licence in positive standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC.Experience in retail/community pharmacy.Certification in injection administration.Methadone training.Good knowledge of consumer/patient health segments.Strong clinical skills and knowledge of drug therapies.Strong collaboration skills to communicate, refine, and advocate patient care solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience in presenting to health care professionals.Proficiency with pharmacy software solutions, preferably Kroll.Experience using Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and Power Point.BenefitsFlexible benefits package.Company‑funded pension plan.Get paid every Friday.Educational reimbursements.Exclusive team member offers and discounts.Wellness and team member assistance program.Opportunities for career advancement into management positions.CompensationThe compensation offered for this position ranges from $46.00 to $61.00 per hour, based on location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.#J-18808-Ljbffr
