This position supports equipment uptime, preventative maintenance planning, operational reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.This role works closely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and external vendors to ensure equipment and systems remain protected, reliable, and operating at peak performance.What Success Looks LikePreventative maintenance schedules are well organized and consistently executedEquipment downtime is minimized through proactive planning and reliability initiativesMaintenance records and inventory are accurately maintained within the CMMS systemMaintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with company standardsSpare parts, consumables, and required maintenance resources are available when neededCross-functional collaboration between maintenance and operations teams is effective and proactiveOpportunities for process improvement and equipment reliability are identified and implementedKey ResponsibilitiesCreate, maintain, and manage preventative maintenance schedules within the CMMS systemCoordinate and prioritize maintenance activities with maintenance technicians, operations,



and engineering teamsAnalyze equipment performance data to identify recurring issues and reliability trendsRecommend and implement solutions to improve equipment uptime and operational efficiencySupport initiatives aimed at extending equipment lifespan and reducing maintenance costsEnsure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, SOPs, and industry standardsTrack and maintain inventory levels for spare parts and maintenance-related materialsMaintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports related to equipment performance and reliabilityWork with vendors and suppliers to procure tools, equipment, parts, consumables, and external servicesSupport troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to maintenance operationsPerform additional maintenance-related duties as requiredQualificationsMinimum 3 years of progressive experience in maintenance roles within a manufacturing environmentExperience with maintenance planning, preventative maintenance, and equipment reliability processesExperience using CMMS systems preferredRed Seal certification in a related trade and/or engineering experience would be considered strong assetsProficiency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly ExcelStrong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishAdditional RequirementsMust have proof of eligibility to work in CanadaPhysical RequirementsThis role requires the ability to:Stand and walk for extended periods of time#J-18808-Ljbffr
