Job Title: Program ManagerLocation: Toronto, ON (3x onsite a week)Employment Type: ContractPay Rate: CAD$50 - $55/HR INCJob DescriptionThe Program Manager, Design Operations serves as the operational backbone of the client Design organization, driving strategic alignment across executive leadership and ensuring seamless execution of programs, projects, and initiatives across the full design portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive PMO & Leadership SupportPartner directly with executive leadership to manage PMO governance, reporting cadences, and strategic program trackingDevelop and maintain executive facing dashboards, status reports, and portfolio visibility toolsFacilitate leadership forums, steering committees, and decision making processesDesign Leadership Program SupportServe as the primary program partner to the Head of Design, providing end to end support across planning, coordination,



and execution of design initiativesTranslate leadership priorities into actionable roadmaps and track progress against milestonesLead OperationsOwn and continuously improve operational processes that support the Design organization's day to day and long term efficiencyIdentify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions across people, process, and toolingProject Intake & PrioritizationLead the design team's project intake process, developing and managing brief frameworks that ensure projects are scoped, prioritized, and resourced effectivelyServe as the intake point of contact for cross functional stakeholders submitting work to the Design teamGeneral PMO Design OrganizationMaintain program and project management standards across the entire Design teamDrive consistency in planning, risk management, dependencies tracking, and delivery reportingSkills & Qualifications5-8+ years of program or project management experience, preferably within a design, creative, or product organizationProven experience supporting C suite or senior design leadershipStrong command of PMO frameworks, intake processes, and operational workflowsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar)PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
