Key Responsibilities:
• Develop manufacturing processes for optical and microelectronics modules • Analyze and troubleshoot process performance issues • Create documentation for assembly processes and tooling • Support customer NPI builds efficiently under tight deadlines • Provide technical guidance to junior team members
Requirements: • University degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Photonics preferred) • 2+ years in Process or Manufacturing Engineering roles • Expertise in Optical and Microelectronic technologies • Proficiency with AutoCad/SolidWorks • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
