With a focus on trauma-informed practices and a deep understanding of mental health challenges, the successful candidate will deliver assessments and individualized therapy, along with group sessions. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions • Assess client needs and develop effective treatment plans • Facilitate group therapy sessions with youth • Collaborate as part of a dynamic support team • Stay engaged in continuous supervision and training
Requirements: • Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field • Registration as a licensed mental health practitioner • Experience working with youth and trauma-informed care • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Clear Criminal Record Check and Child Protection checks
