Wildflower Health & Wellness (WHW) is an expanding multidisciplinary health facility serving the Caledon and nearby communities. What started as a naturopathic clinic, has quickly evolved to include registered dietician, acupuncture and more! From physical complaints and injuries to fertility concerns, our team of motivated professionals work closely with their patients to provide the best possible care and support. As WHW’s nurse practitioner you will:

- Assess, prescribe, and monitor hormone therapy (including bioidentical hormone therapy) within your scope of practice in Ontario
- Order and interpret relevant lab work, adjusting treatment plans based on results
- Apply a functional and integrative medicine approach to patient care




- Provide patients with therapeutic treatment within your scope of practice
- Complete all patient-visit charting through clinic-supported EMR, via Jane App
- Arrive to clinic and patient appointments in a timely manner
- Participate in WHW team meetings (held every 4 months)
- Hold an Ontario licence in good standing

The ideal candidate has experience prescribing hormone therapy and working within the wellness industry, with a strong interest in functional and integrative medicine.
