About Our Opportunity:

Increasing production capacity in NRNA demands highly skilled technicians to be employed in both bio and chemical manufacturing sectors. The incumbent will support GMP Bio and Chemical manufacturing team on a need basis. The manufacturing technician will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and controlling Bio and Chemical processes used in the manufacturing of chemical products in accordance with cGMP, safety, and environmental regulations.

This includes handling raw materials, operating reactors, filtration systems, dryers, and other processing equipment to ensure high-quality and productive production.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead the setup, operation, and monitoring chemical and biological manufacturing equipment’s, including reactors, centrifuges, filtration systems, dryers, distillation units, TFF systems, and related production technologies.
- Oversee the accurate handling, charging, and verification of raw materials, solvents, and intermediates in accordance with batch production records and GMP requirements.
- Ensure complete, accurate, and compliant documentation of all batch records, logs, and manufacturing activities.
- Independently measure, monitor, and document critical process parameters (temperature, pressure, pH, conductivity, etc.) with high precision.
- Lead data collection, data entry, and preliminary data review to support process monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and equipment issues, collaborating with SMEs to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Promptly report process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and atypical observations to Manufacturing and Quality leadership.
- Coordinate and participate in equipment cleaning, sanitization, and changeover activities, ensuring readiness for subsequent production runs.
- Maintain strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
- Perform routine calibration and verification of small equipment (pH meters, conductivity meters, balances, pumps and etc.) and support calibration documentation.
- Maintain equipment logbooks, prepare technical summaries, and contribute to manufacturing reports and investigations.




- Perform in‑process tests and sampling activities as needed to support batch progression and quality control.
- Ensure the production facility is maintained in a clean, organized, and GMP‑compliant state, supporting inspection readiness.
- Review new or revised departmental SOPs, complete required training, and provide feedback to improve operational clarity and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with R&D;, Quality, Supply Chain, and other cross‑functional teams to support client deliverables and project timelines.
- When assigned to unfamiliar areas, work in a support capacity while shadowing trained personnel to ensure safe and compliant execution.
- Demonstrate robust teamwork, communication, and leadership behaviors to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure personal compliance with all corporate programs, including Global Business Ethics and Compliance, Quality Systems, EHS policies, and HR policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and organizational objectives.

Education, Work Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

Formal Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/chemical engineering or Life Sciences with relevant experience.

· Minimum one (1) years of recent related work experience in Chemical or Biopharmaceuticals.

Work Experience:

- Practical experience with maintenance and execution of IQ/OQ/PQ of lab equipment and critical utilities e.g., temperature-controlled equipment (incubators, fridges and freezers), analytical instruments (HPLC, qPCR), purification instruments (AKTA Pilot), HVAC, air handling units, building automation systems, biosafety cabinets etc.
- Experience in a GMP environment preferred.
- Experience working in an environment utilizing continuous improvement tools (root cause analysis, six sigma) or related pharmaceutical / medical device experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

- Knowledge of validation/qualification in cleanrooms would be advantage.
- Formal project management training preferred
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Time management skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously




- Strong problem-solving skills, especially mechanical, chemical, and logistical
- Statistical skills applicable to process monitoring, validation, and analytics
