Day-to-Day Insight Global is seeking a UX / Product Designer to join a Big 5 Canadian banking client. The successful candidate will focus on a range of digital customer experiences.
- User Research & Analysis
- Conduct usability testing, interviews, and surveys to understand customer needs.
- Analyze data and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping
- Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.
- Design System & Development Collaboration
- Work within established design systems and contribute to their evolution.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure consistency across platforms (web, iOS, Android).
- Agile & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with product managers, developers, and QA teams.
- Ensure designs are ready for development and meet sprint timelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Facilitate workshops to align teams on user needs and design strategies.
- Continuous Improvement
- Monitor product releases and gather post-launch feedback for iterative improvements.
