POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for a Product Owner motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to define the product vision, gather and clarify needs, prioritize the backlog, write user stories, work with the development team, validate deliverables and communicate with stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define the product vision and the objective to be reached.
- Gather the needs of clients, users and stakeholders.
- Write user stories and specify acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and maintain the Product Backlog according to business value.
- Clarify requirements with the development team during sprints.
- Validate or accept completed deliverables.
- Communicate progress, priorities and product decisions to stakeholders.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in information technology
- Eight (08) to fifteen (15) years of experience as a Product Owner.
- Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.
- Experience with one of the following tools:



Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
- Hold one of the following certifications: CSP-PO, PSPO III, A-CSPO, Protected Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
- Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
- Language: French and English
