What You'll Do

- Help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs, starting with listening first.
- Present new and pre-owned vehicles through walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, payments, and financing options honestly and clearly.
- Communicate with customers in person and by phone, email, and text.
- Build long-term customer relationships and provide a strong sales experience.
- Work toward established monthly sales and productivity goals.
- Maintain robust product knowledge and participate in available training.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present information clearly and confidently.
- Comfort learning new technology and computerized systems.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Comfort using social media and other tools to build customer relationships.
- Valid Manitoba driver's licence.
- Previous automotive experience is not required. We provide training for the right candidate.
