Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities:

- Provide application and technical support for critical Credit, Working Capital, Asset Finance and Securitization applications running in 24/7 mode;
- Act as a content expert (SME) in application architecture, disaster recovery and infrastructure integration;
- Provide L1 and L2 level support for funding applications;
- Manage incidents, problems, changes, and application deployments;
- Support data flows between finance applications and upstream and downstream systems;
- Provide technical support to operations teams;
- Participate in annual computer recovery (DR), LivePlay and backup restoration exercises;
- Coordinate project-related support activities;
- Perform support tasks required for technology initiatives;
- Follow up on deliverables and communicate progress to stakeholders;
- Advise teams on production constraints and environment preparation requirements;
- Ensure compliance with applicable information security standards and governance frameworks;
- Participate in application security initiatives and manage server obsolescence, vulnerabilities and remediation activities;
- Maintain applications and systems in accordance with information security policies and standards;
- Ensure compliance with data protection and security regulatory requirements;
- Manage application monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization;
- Document business processes, application architectures, and data flows;
- Participate in change control committees to ensure data quality and coordination of approvals;
- Administer CyberArk bypass controls and evaluate remediation options;
- Facilitate prioritization sessions with stakeholders to align work and execution priorities;
- Modernize and automate legacy processes using AI-powered solutions.





The profile we are looking for is as follows:

- Hold a university degree in computer science or a related discipline;
- Have a solid understanding of Credit and Working Capital activities;
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the Asset Finance and Securitization sectors, including SPF/CLO, RMBS, CMBS and ABS;
- Be proficient in at least one scripting language from Shell, Perl, Batch or Python;
- Have a solid knowledge of incident, problem and change management processes;
- Be able to produce quality technical documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Understanding Java J2EE applications;
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as IBM MQ, WebSphere, and Tomcat;
- Support Unix, Linux, and Windows environments;
- Perform application deployments and installations;
- Use SQL and PL/SQL in a support and analysis context;
- Proficient in management tools such as Jira, ITSM platforms and ServiceNow;
- Demonstrate excellent ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and re-evaluate priorities as needed;
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call shift;
- Have a solid understanding of ServiceNow or an equivalent service management platform;
- Understand data protection principles and controls;
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams;
- Hold an ITIL Foundation certification or have equivalent knowledge (asset);
- Experience in continuous improvement, automation or process modernization (asset);
- Demonstrate interest in using artificial intelligence-based solutions to optimize existing operations and processes (asset);
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and skilled communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
