We are looking for Floral Production Associates to join our Bouquet Production team. Position Summary The Floral Production Associate is a hands-on production position responsible for assembling bouquets and handling floral product & packages for customer orders.

This is a physically active role involving repetitive flower handling and bouquet assembly while standing for most of the shift. Employees work at a steady pace in a temperature-controlled workplace of approximately 60°F / 16°C.

DUTIES:

- Process, assemble and quality-check bulk flower bunches, packages and bouquets.
- Assemble bouquets according to provided floral designs, recipes, labels and production instructions.
- Gather required flowers and materials and prepare the work area.
- Select fresh, good-quality product and check completed work for accuracy and quality.
- Perform repetitive flower handling, assembly, strawing, stickering and other finishing tasks.
- Maintain a steady production pace and keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
- Follow company health and safety procedures and perform other production duties as required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is a physically active,



repetitive production position.

- Able to stand for the entire workday.
- Able to perform repetitive hand, arm, shoulder, reaching and twisting movements.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour at a steady production pace.
- Comfortable working in a cooler, temperature-controlled environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Training will be provided; previous floral or production experience is an asset but not required.
- Able to follow labels, specifications and work instructions accurately.
- Good attention to quality and detail.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.

Weekly Hours Weekly hours vary and are generally between:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Hours may increase and some Saturday shifts will be required during peak business seasons.
