Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining efficient workflows, managing teams, and delivering exceptional manufacturing results.

Duties

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all production activities to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets
- Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all manufacturing areas




- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to support production needs
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues promptly

Skills

- Proven experience in manufacturing or production management within a similar industry
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining with CNC and conventional machinery.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards such as ISO or equivalent
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to analyze data for continuous process improvement
