In this role, you will support the Youth Director by creating and leading activities that foster children's growth. You'll ensure a secure and welcoming atmosphere while building positive connections with kids and their families. Your flexible schedule, involving evenings and weekends, will help meet the diverse needs of our programs and participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a nurturing environment for all children
• Create and organize activities that promote healthy development




• Build relationships with children and their caregivers
• Supervise to guarantee children's safety and inclusion
• Conduct maintenance of program spaces
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with children in a relevant setting preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Flexible work hours needed, including weekends and holidays
• Current First Aid and CPR certification mandatory
