and monitoringOversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, patching, and compliance activitiesMaintain cybersecurity policies, controls, and governance frameworksPartner on threat detection, response, and forensic analysisSupport compliance initiatives, including PCI-DSS assessments and auditsManage infrastructure budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) with a focus on value optimisationDevelop business cases to support strategic investmentsManage vendor relationships and external service providersTraining & EnablementPromote a robust culture of information security awarenessDeliver and support training initiatives for employees and leadersQualificationsWhile we know that no single candidate will possess all the qualifications we seek, below is an outline of the qualifications we believe are important for a candidate to bring to the position or to develop while in the role.Experience & EducationPost‐secondary education in IT or a related discipline5+ years of progressive experience in senior technical infrastructure and management roles (Tier III–IV), including leadership responsibilitiesProven experience leading, coaching, and developing technical teamsTechnical ExpertiseStrong experience across:Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switching/routing, VoIP)Server virtualization & enterprise storage (SAN)Cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure environmentsCybersecurity frameworks and practicesDeep understanding of:Network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SMTP, Active Directory, etc.)Monitoring, troubleshooting, and hands‐on system configurationSecurity & ComplianceExperience with vulnerability management, penetration testing,
