Maintains an understanding of the business/group to produce effective and integrated marketing solutions. Creates, develops, and executes marketing plans that are consistent with brand standards and align to strategic objectives. Develops, recommends, and executes marketing plans for initiatives to include customer marketing and communications, integrated sales, promotion/incentive, acquisition/retention. Manages cross‑functional relationships across business groups and external partners to leverage opportunities and services. Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and marketing functions to provide input into the central marketing process and ensure alignment.ResponsibilitiesManage marketing campaigns end-to-end, from strategic planning to execution.Act as the day‑to‑day contact for vendors; support the implementation, maintenance, and sustainment of vendor solutions.Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision‑making.Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group.Influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives.Recommend and implement solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.Support the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Help determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy.Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.Break down strategic problems,
analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.Monitor and track performance regularly and address any issues.Design and produce regular and ad‑hoc reports, and dashboards.Coordinate budgets and reporting to track actual results versus budget.Integrate information from multiple sources to enable more productive processes, enhanced analysis and/ or streamlined reporting.Monitor progress against milestones, recommend and implement adjustments as necessary to meet business objectives.Focus is primarily on business/group within the bank; may have broader,enterprise‑wide focus.Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.Work independently and regularly handle non‑routine situations.Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying the Risk Management Framework in the execution of your role.QualificationsTypically, between 5-7 years of relevant asset management experience and marketing ETFs.Degree/diploma in business, marketing, advertising, or communications.Advanced experience in developing marketing plans.Media agency experience an asset.Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.Verbal and written communication skills – In‑depth.Collaboration and team skills – In‑depth.Analytical and problem‑solving skills – In‑depth.Influence skills – In‑depth.TekStaff may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of the applicant screening process.
