This role will report into the Director of Innovation and Product Management.What You’ll DoLead product strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive product line strategies aligned with our 5-year growth plan and product roadmapDrive lifecycle management : Oversee the full product lifecycle, collaborating with Sales, R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve product challengesChampion innovation : Manage product line extensions and new product projects using our established innovation process, ensuring governance and opportunity assessments are metProvide technical expertise : Deliver product training and ensure compliance with codes and standards across North AmericaSupport marketing initiatives :
