As aSupply Chain SpecialistatITC Electrical Components, you will be a vital part of the operations team, supporting the productive movement of goods from procurement through to delivery. This role involves managing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors and freight partners, and working closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory, timely shipments, and smooth day‑to‑day supply chain operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase Order ManagementControl and manage all issued purchase orders from creation through fulfillmentCommunicate with vendors and suppliers regarding purchase orders, lead times, and order changesCoordinate shipments and expedite orders to meet delivery timelinesLiaise with couriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to support import and export activitiesPrepare and maintain shipping documents, reports, checklists, and related recordsObtain, review, and negotiate freight costs and carrier ratesCoordinate with Accounts Payable on vendor payment processingProcess vendor payments as requiredReceiving & LogisticsReceive and process incoming shipments accurately and in a timely mannerVerify shipment contents against purchase orders and document discrepanciesWarehouse OrganizationCollaborate with the Warehouse team to ensure proper product placement and bin accuracyVerify that all products are correctly identified and labeledManage space utilization,
