In the Assistant Lodge Manager role, you will assist in all aspects of lodge operations while creating exceptional mountain experiences for guests. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive lodge goals and maintain administrative tasks
• Provide leadership and development to lodge staff
• Act as a guest liaison and ensure satisfaction
• Manage bar stock control and inventory checks
• Develop and manage staff schedules
Requirements:
• 2+ years in hospitality management
• Certification in Food Safety and First Aid
• Experience with POS systems is a plus
