Join Our Team as a Production Operations Manager

If you thrive in a quick-paced environment, have excellent communication skills and take pride in delivering superior products through operational excellence, this is a great opportunity to grow with a purpose-driven company making a real impact.

The Production Operations Manager oversees the operational execution of Revol Cares’ product supply chain, from offshore materials sourcing and production through quality assurance, logistics, and finished product delivery. With primary responsibility for supplier relationships and production performance, this role ensures products are manufactured to established quality, technical, regulatory, cost, and timeline requirements.

The role combines strong supply chain and manufacturing oversight with technical apparel expertise to support product development, maintain quality standards, resolve production challenges and drive continuous improvement. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, the Production Operations Manager helps ensure operational decisions support product performance, customer needs, financial objectives, and the company’s continued growth.

Learn More About Us

Revol Cares was founded to provide a reliable, safe, comfortable alternative to disposable period products. Recognized by the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC) Brand Recognition Program, we prioritize inclusivity and sustainability in all we do.

Since 2019, we’ve diverted more than 30 million tampons and pads from landfills through our sales of reusable underwear, reflecting our commitment to environmental responsibility. As our brand grows, so does our need for dedicated professionals who believe in driving positive change.
