Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production & Print Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating printing and production equipment to create high-quality printed materials and apparel products. Your mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be key to ensuring smooth production workflows.

Responsibilities

- Operate a direct to film printer, printing presses and other production equipment with precision and care
- Proper placement and decoration of a variety of apparel and promotional items
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation
- Follow procedures and quality control protocols to meet client expectations
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and work areas




- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality output

Experience

- Prior experience in printing and apparel decoration preferred but not necessary as on the job training will be provided
- Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance and troubleshooting is desirable
- An understanding of print-ready graphics and graphic editing software for the apparel decoration industry is a plus
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stand for long periods of time is required

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
