Job Summary: We currently have an open position for a Production Operator to join our team on the day shift (7:00 am – 4:00 pm). This role is responsible for…

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet customer’s packaging requirements

o Filling containers to proper specifications o Labeling containers according to instructions o Filling in paperwork as required o Manual packaging tasks as needed · Operating packaging equipment such as filling machines, cappers, boxers etc.
- Ensuring customer product is being handled with care and according to finished goods specifications
- Unloading tankers or railcars (Considered an Asset)
- Use of RF scanners to record production and inventory




- Perform quality inspections on packaging lines
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse by adhering to daily housekeeping standards
- Repetitive motion/lifting on production line
- Shipping/receiving duties as required, including, but not limited to, completing paperwork, staging loads, loading and unloading product
- Other related duties as required or assigned

Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Demonstrate good organizational skills
- Know how to work safely
- Able to work in a team environment that is constantly working towards improving its processes and practices
- Able to follow instruction from supervisor
- Minimum 3 years counterbalance forklift experience required
- Minimum 1 year production/manufacturing experience required

Working Conditions:

- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Manual dexterity to work on various production lines
- Ability to follow instructions and the training provided
- TDG training considered an asset
- Must be able to work both inside the warehouse and/or outside year round
