We are seeking energetic and experienced Professional Cleaners to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming and spotless environment for our valued clients. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will help create a positive experience for every customer.
Must be able to bend, stand on your feet for shifts of 3 hours on end and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to provide a clean background check to be considered for this position.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and requirements
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns with a positive attitude
Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services is required
- Robust organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching for extended periods
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and sanitization practices
- A friendly attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining confidentiality
