Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Professional Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks, from framing and finishing to custom woodworking and restoration projects. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans.
- Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, cabinetry, and siding using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, siding, and drywall installation with precision.
- Assist with flooring installation including tile laying and hardwood flooring projects.
- Execute carpentry tasks related to cabinetry installation, woodworking, and custom furniture fabrication.
- Support restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged woodwork, structures, or fixtures.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to estimate materials needed and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a safe work setting by following all safety protocols and properly handling heavy lifting equipment.




- Utilize CNC machinery or other manufacturing tools when required for custom fabrication tasks.
- Conduct basic plumbing and electrical work as needed for specific projects or handyman tasks.

Skills

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Extensive experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery used in carpentry and construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and material calculations.
- Skilled in concrete forming, masonry techniques, roofing systems, siding installation, and drywall finishing.
- Ability to perform flooring installation including tile laying; experience with woodworking and cabinetry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with schematics related to electrical systems and plumbing for integrated project work.
- Experience with rebar installation, caulking techniques, construction painting, and general handyman skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy lifting, scaffolding use, rebar handling, and working at heights.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately while executing complex carpentry tasks efficiently.
- Prior construction experience across residential or commercial projects is preferred; certifications in relevant trades are a plus.
