Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet client expectations
- Laundry and linen changing as needed to ensure complete home care
- Organize and manage cleaning supplies efficiently for each job
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to ensure a safe working workplace
Qualifications
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- A great attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform light physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation is preferred for timely arrival at client locations
