Position Description

You will serve as a Lead Program Analyst at PMA-226 of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

- You will assist in development of process improvements to improve product cycle times.
- You will produce cost and schedule performance information and facilitates integration of cost and schedule performance information and technical performance indicators.
- You will ensure that program milestones established provide adequate time and resources for implementation by contractors, field activities and participating government agencies.
- You will translate program guidance into policy direction and provides assistance to the team or program office staff, team members and leadership.
- You will make evaluative analyses of all aspects of the projects/programs including objectives, policies, work operations, progress, resources utilization, intra and inter-program balances and related matters.
