Position Overview The Project Assistant will provide day-to-day support to project managers working on active client campaigns. The role has a direct connection to project delivery and is responsible for keeping information current, actions visible and deadlines properly tracked.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project schedules, task lists and action trackers throughout each assignment
- Arrange project meetings, prepare agendas and record decisions, deadlines and assigned actions
- Collect progress updates from team members and follow up when tasks or approvals are outstanding
- Organise campaign documents, client materials,
resource requests and completed approval records
- Update project files when timelines, requirements or responsibilities change
- Compile delivery information, campaign results and outstanding items for project completion reports
