JOB POSITION: Project Coordinator
About the Role
Kingdom is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and closeout of capital projects across our residential, commercial, and office portfolio.
The Project Coordinator will coordinate projects from planning through construction and turnover, ensuring delivery meets approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, and operational requirements. This role works closely with Design, Construction, Property Management, Facilities Management, Leasing, consultants, and contractors.

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually, plus a performance-based annual bonus, depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Support the planning, execution, and closeout of capital projects.
- Assist with project plans, schedules, procurement, tendering, contract scopes, IFC documentation, RFIs, SIs, and Change Orders.
- Conduct site visits and progress reviews to monitor scope, quality, compliance, and schedule.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Residential Capital Projects
- Support suite renovations, common area and amenity improvements, building system upgrades, SOGR projects,
and lifecycle replacements.
- Assist with operational readiness, resident communications, and project turnover.
- Coordinate with Property Management and Facilities Management teams, particularly for projects in occupied buildings.
Budget & Cost Management
- Assist with project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, Change Orders, pricing, and progress draws.
- Maintain accurate project and financial records in Newstar and/or other designated systems.
- Work with Finance and Accounting to support cost control and accurate reporting.
Consultant, Contractor & Risk Management
- Assist with consultant and contractor coordination, agreements, meetings, and performance tracking.
- Identify and support the mitigation of risks related to cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, Change Orders, budgets, schedules, RFIs, deficiencies, and closeout documents.
- Prepare regular project progress reports and status updates.
- Support project closeout,
deficiency management, and turnover to Operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 2–5 years of experience coordinating capital or construction projects in residential, commercial, office, or mixed-use environments.
- Experience with commercial, corporate, or office build-outs, including tenant improvements and occupied-building projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, project controls, budgets, contracts, Change Orders, and schedules.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Design & Drafting: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks
- 3D Modelling & Rendering: SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion
- Drawing Review & Coordination: Bluebeam, Navisworks
- Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Office & Project Management: Microsoft Office, Teams, and related platforms
- Accounting & Financial Management: Newstar
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
