Looking to build a serious career in project management, but not from the sidelines? This Toronto opportunity combines early responsibility with experienced support, giving you a clear view of how client projects move from an idea to a measurable result.

About the Business

We are a Toronto sales and marketing company representing clients through business-to-business outreach, retail promotions and live customer acquisition campaigns. Our teams connect brands with customers, generate sales and help clients build a stronger presence in competitive markets.

The Project Coordinator Role

You will connect client requirements with the people, information and resources needed to deliver each project successfully. The position combines planning, communication and practical problem-solving.

You will begin by coordinating defined areas of established projects. As your judgement develops, you can take ownership of smaller projects and increasingly complex work.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain project schedules that clearly show deadlines, priorities and ownership
- Turn agreed client objectives into practical action lists,

staffing requirements and material requests
- Coordinate updates between account managers, sales teams, marketing staff and operational partners
- Prepare meeting agendas, record key decisions and follow up on outstanding actions
- Identify scheduling conflicts, missing resources or delivery risks and help resolve them early
- Compile project updates, customer acquisition figures and sales results for management review

Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses: Maintain dependable earnings while gaining additional reward for contributing to successful project and campaign results.
- Structured project training: Learn practical methods for planning work, managing deadlines, controlling changes and keeping teams accountable.
- Meaningful responsibility: Take ownership of visible project outcomes instead of being limited to routine administrative support.

- Broader professional exposure: Selected projects may include travel, networking opportunities and collaboration with different client teams.
