Where You’ll Contribute

As an Entry-Level Project Coordinator, you will support planning, communication, and delivery while receiving structured training from experienced team members. The role is fully on-site and involves regular coordination across project and campaign teams.

Project Coordination in Practice

- Maintain timelines, task lists, schedules, and project updates.
- Coordinate requirements, deadlines, resources, and team responsibilities.
- Prepare project briefs, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Track milestones and flag delays or outstanding requirements.
- Coordinate materials, locations, suppliers, and project resources.




- Document meeting decisions and follow up on assigned actions.
