You will conduct assessments, develop personalized career plans, and connect clients to essential services. Collaboration and communication with local employers will support client placements and enhance financial mobility. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client assessments to identify strengths and barriers

Guide clients in job applications, resumes, and interviews

Bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred
